You need: 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup milk, 1 large egg, 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1/2 tbsp. corn starch, 2 1/2 tsp. table salt, 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper, vegetable or peanut oil.
Try to cube chicken breasts into bite size pieces by trimming away any excess skin that might be hanging on.
