You’ll need: vegetable shortening for pan, 3 sticks of unsalted butter, 2 cups 60% bittersweet chocolate chips, 6 large eggs, 3 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract, 1 1/4 cups cake flour and 1 cup and 2 tablespoons Dutch-processed unsweetened cocoa powder.
