Cut a lemon in half and gently rub the affected area and leave it overnight and rinse your face in the morning or if your skin is sensitive. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix it with rose water and apply it to the affected areas like an astringent lotion.
Foods containing niacin and vitamin A are also used to treat acne. It is recommended to take 100 mg of niacin, three times a day, and 50,000 international units of vitamin A, three times daily. Vitamin E is also recommended, 400 mg once a day. This therapy should continue for a month.
Garlic has been used successfully in the treatment of acne and its antibacterial properties are high. Rub raw garlic on the affected skin several times a day. It will help remove your scars. Chronic forms of acne are also cured with this treatment.
