Pear Tart

Wanna go wild in the kitchen today and have some fun? Try this lovely tart and you’ll never regret your decision! This is seriously one of the most beautiful desserts you’ll ever see. Use fresh marzipan to make this, or ground almonds mixed with butter and sugar. You can use cream in the custard.
You need:
For Poached Pears: 6 small Seckel pears, 1 750ml bottle sweet white wine, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
For Crust: 1 1/3 cups flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 egg yolk and ice water.
For Filling: 7 ounces marzipan, 3 tablespoons flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup Greek, 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
