Crock Pot Asian Chicken

This sounds like a tasty dish! You can also add largely chopped green pepper, onion, and finely diced garlic. At the end, add broccoli, mini corn and water chesnuts. If you want, you can marinade the chicken in the sauce below and grill your chicken or you can throw it all in the crock.
You will need: 1 (8 oz.) jar hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 1 pound chicken breast (cut into cubes) and diced green onion.
