Hi everybody! We can almost smell this on the grill now! This recipe looks so delicious! We all love cilantro lime and chimichurri because it is packed with so much flavor.
For the Chimichurri you’ll need: 1 cup parsley, 3 each garlic cloves, 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbls red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. And for the cilantro-lime marinated flank steak: 2 tbls red wine vinegar, 2 each garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 each lime, 1 tbls brown sugar, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup parsley, salt and pepper.
